BARREL AGED CIDER
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 1.5 oz apple cider
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- .5 oz honey
- .5 oz maple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Cinnamon stick for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Also delicious served warm and great for making in a big batch!

BELLINI
- 2 oz chilled white peach puree
- 4 o prosecco
- 1 peach for garnish
Pour the peach puree into a chilled Wixology rocks glass (or a champagne flute). Gently fill the glass with Prosecco. Stir, if desired. Garnish with peace slice and enjoy.

BLUEGRASS MULE
- 2 oz bourbon
- .5 oz lime juice
- 3 oz ginger beer
- 1 sprig fresh mint
Add bourbon and lime juice into a Wixology rocks glass (or a copper mug!). Fill with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprig.

BOURBON BALL
- 1.5 o bourbon
- 1.5 oz choc liqueur
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 2 dashes choc. bitters
Add bourbon, dark chocolate liquor, and heavy cream to a shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled Wixology rocks glass (or martini glass for extra fanciness!) and add two dashes of chocolate bitters. Gently stir and enjoy. Add whipped cream and shaved chocolate for a beautiful dessert presentation. Also delicious as a blended frozen drink!

BOURBON NEAT
- 2 oz bourbon (repeat as needed)
Add bourbon to a cleaned out Wixology rocks glass. Sip. Sip a little bit more. Keep sipping. Repeat until satisfied.

COFFEE & BOURBON CREAM
- 2 oz bourbon
- 2 o heavy cream
- 6 oz freshly brewed coffee
Gently stir bourbon and heavy cream together in a glass until well mixed. Pour mixture into freshly brewed coffee. Enjoy and drink while piping hot.

MANHATTAN
- 2 oz rye whiskey or bourbon
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Stir over ice, strain into a chilled Wixology rocks glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve up. Pair with a maduro cigar.

MINT JULEP
- 4-5 mint leaves for muddling
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz bourbon
- finely crushed ice
- Mint sprig for garnish
Place mint and simple syrup into glass and muddle to release mint oil. Add bourbon. Fill entire glass with finely crushed ice and stir until glass is frosted. Garnish with a mint sprig.

- 2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- .5 oz lemon juice
- Orange or lemon peel for garnish
